Canvas: Visual Workflows That Actually Run
Canvas turns process diagrams into working interactive experiences. Build a flow once, run it as a focused step-by-step guide, a scrolling checklist, or a conversational interface, then export the complete experience as a single HTML file.

The challenge
Process documentation usually becomes either a static diagram, a wall of text, or a complex automation that depends on APIs and server infrastructure. I needed a faster way to explain onboarding paths, support triage, tutorials, and guided processes-and let people actually use the result.
The solution
I created a browser-based visual builder where every node has real runtime behaviour. Inputs capture values, decisions evaluate conditions, variables change state, and messages adapt using earlier answers. The same graph runs in Step, Linear, or Chat mode and can be exported as a self-contained HTML file that works offline without a server, account, dependency, or build step.
My role
I independently designed and built the entire product: graph architecture, canvas interactions, ten-node system, undo and redo, runtime abstraction, three presentation modes, local persistence, XML import and export, standalone HTML and PDF exports, light and dark themes, minimap, multi-selection, auto-scrolling connections, and the complete user experience.
